You can rent the entire house is available year-round. The Lauburu, Ipar, or Mirador Mendaur rooms can be rented individually. throughout the year except from June 15 to September 15, Easter and long weekends.
In the calendar you can see the availability of dates of the house as well as select the days on which you want to stay. Please note that the minimum stay at the house is 2 to 4 nights depending on the season. Prices are per night.
The house is called "Pepabaita", a three-storey house from the 19th century restored in 2003 and renovated in 2024. The first and second floors of 100m each will welcome you during your stay. Located in the kale Nagusia, a street with little traffic in the center of Sunbilla. It has the basic services necessary for whatever you need during your visit to Olatuenea, our rural house.
Located on the second floor. The largest. Two single beds of 190x90 with bedside tables and a sofa bed with two extra beds for adults or children of 190x80. A nice coat rack and chairs. Illuminated by two beautiful windows, private bathroom with key outside the room very spacious with bathtub-shower, bidet, hairdryer and towels.

Located on the second floor. The VIP room. Very bright with Velux. Double bed 190x150. Bedside tables, clothes rack, closet and bathroom inside the room with shower, towels and hairdryer. Next to the living room with beautiful views of the Bidasoa river and the village of Sunbilla. Orientation W sunny from noon, magical place.
